I. Project Overview
This 220m² luxury residence in Brighton (VIC 3186) features a comprehensive new construction window installation. Our objective was to integrate the 100 Series system into a modern architectural layout, moving beyond regular window sizesto accommodate the villa’s expansive, custom design requirements.
II. Site Integration & Product Application
The 100 Series was selected for its structural stability in large-span openings.
Framing the View:Early construction photos show large sliding units and a modern screen door system fitted directly into the timber skeleton.
Seamless Transitions:We used a high-performance patio screen door to ensure a fluid transition between the indoor living areas and the courtyard, maintaining slim profiles that disappear at night.
III. Construction & Technical Details
Precision was critical during the “lock-up” stage to ensure the durability of all window components.
- Alignment & Measurements:During framing, our team verified all window measurements and window sizes, ensuring the units were perfectly leveled within the timber studs to support the 220m² structure.
- Technical Precision:We focused on the exact fit of the parts of a window frame against traditional red brickwork. By using high-grade sealing at these junctions, we ensured the villa remains weatherproof against Melbourne’s coastal winds, regardless of standard window dimensions.
IV. Final Summary
This project demonstrates how the 100 Series excels in high-end residential builds. By prioritizing precise structural fitting and clean material junctions, we delivered a solution that surpasses standard window sizes, complementing the villa’s luxury aesthetic while ensuring long-term performance.
